The things everyone asks first.

Yes — hall rental, tables & chairs, basic PA, and full-day catering (3 meals) are included in the per-pax price. The only thing on top is 6% SST. Premium AV upgrades or bespoke menus are quoted separately on request.
For weekday corporate events, 2–4 weeks is comfortable. Weekends and product launches we recommend 6–8 weeks. WhatsApp us your date — we'll let you know the same day if it's open.
Absolutely. Site visits are by appointment so we can walk you through the layout options. WhatsApp us a few times you're free and we'll lock a slot.
50 pax minimum on the full-day inclusive package. Smaller meetings can be quoted as hall-only rental — message us and we'll work something out.
Yes — halal, Chinese, Western, vegetarian, dietary-restricted menus all available. Let us know your guest profile and we'll suggest a menu.
Both branches sit on mall / commercial floors with covered parking on-site. 1 Utama has the largest parking complex; Kelana Jaya has dedicated Tierra Crest parking. Grab / e-hailing drop-off is straight to the lobby.
